The great debate about sex and what scriptures from different traditions say about sexual activity is still contentious. But why is indulgence in sexual activity for the sake of pleasure considered evil, wicked, or sinful? After all, what does Buddha know about vaginas, or where in the Bible does it say that masturbation is a sin? Does such sex negative stance make god a prude, but Lord Krishna had many lovers – isn't polyamory a unpardonable transgression? Are Taoist and Tantric traditions' take on orgasms or ejaculation, and using sexual energy for healing and creative expression breach of god's commandments?

In this evening's talk we will explore the life and tale of none other than the Devil himself. We will examine the lives and philosophies of different mystics, perspectives and wisdom of divinity, sexuality, good, bad and a dash of evil. We will then dive into and explore what is Sex Magick and why religion and so many spiritual traditions do anything and everything possible to keep these ideas hidden from us or never engage in open debate.

The mind will do everything in its power to focus on anything other than that which frightens it most - itself. As long as we see the Guru, Buddha, Jesus, or the Rabbi sitting up there, on an unattainable throne, we, meaning our minds, are safe and there is no need to change.
