In this weekend workshop we will learn how and why we store tension in our bodies and grow to understand the flow of energy. Through morning sessions based on Chi Kung we will gain techniques to enhance or subdue tension with the intention of perpetuating our bliss. Above all we will reveal the orgasmic potential stored in our psyche, and find out what we can do to enhance our orgasms and eventually turn them into earth shattering mystical experiences.

In this session, we will use practices from the worlds of ancient Tantra and Chi Kung to explore our own bodies and learn how to release extreme tension, whether it is physical or emotional. We will begin to bring consciousness to our touch, our bodies and our offering of service to one another, in order to discover a pathway towards experiencing our sensation and our sensuality in a completely new and sacred way.

Based on the philosophies of Taoism, the evening’s presentation starts off with a brief history of Chi Kung and its integration to meditation. We'll cover the three fold branches of Chi Kung - health, meditation and martial art and will get a chance to practice all three. With focus on teaching self-cultivation of one’s energy using a variety of holistic techniques and methods, the second part of the presentation demonstrates some simple practices for every day living.
